Do I need an account to place an order?

Are all products genuine and new?

Absolutely. All our products are 100% new, unused, and quality-checked before shipping.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

You can request modifications only before your order has been shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we currently ship to all locations across India.

Which courier partners do you use?

We deliver orders through trusted partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, Ekart Logistics, Gati, FedEx, DHL, XpressBees, and India Post

How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1–2 days and deliver within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹500 may include a standard delivery charge.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also check your order status on our Tracking Page on arcnee.com

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all orders?

Yes, COD is available. You’ll just need to pay a partial advance of ₹150 when placing your order — the rest can be paid upon delivery.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Razorpay, ensuring your financial data stays protected.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and an unboxing video is required.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay a flat ₹100 for return shipping unless the product is defective or wrong.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 8–15 business days after the return is approved.
